Possibly giving up

My husband actually mentioned to me the other night he is thinking about eating meat again. It is so impossible to eat out these days. It's either Mexican or Pizza or Asian. I am trying to get more creative with my cooking but i'm so busy it is so hard.

The End of Nursing

I just quit nursing on Sunday...so sad. My daughter is 14 months and she refused to nurse on Sunday for the second time in 2 days so I decided to switch her to the coconut milk and slowly "wean" myself. Basically i'm pumping less each day and hoping to slowly dry up so I don't have any pain associated.

2 months

This has been an interesting ride so far. We have been vegan and vegatarian : ) We have even eaten fish. However, we are healthier! My husband has lost about 30 pounds! He still has a long way to go but he is feeling much better!

I am learning to cook vegetarian and vegan.

I have actually made up some great recipes I plan to put together and write a book about my journey to healthier cooking and healthier living.

I am going to try to keep up with this blog again. I hope I have some readers : )

Crazy Crazy

Things have been nuts around my house for weeks. My husband's health is worse than we thought in the beginning so he is more determined than ever to eat right!

It has been an expensive journey, we have blown our new budget week after week and I have to find a new way to bring in more money because things are so tight right now.

Tonight's Dinner

We had Buffalo Tofu tonight. My husband cooked it and I would say on a scale of 1-10 I give it a 6. It has some getting used to and my husband is going to try and add more breading when he frys it the next time. It was not half bad.
